Beginners Gentle Yoga class (Suitable for Adults of All Age groups)

Sundays 9:30-10:30am

 (i)  Gentle movement exercises (7-10 minutes)

(ii)  Breathing exercises (10-15 minutes) sitting in the chair

(iii) Simple Yoga postures/asanas (15-20 minutes) using a chair or a mat

(iv) Relaxation/Yoga Nidra (10-20 minutes) sitting on the chair or lying down on a mat

(v)  Meditation (5-10 minutes) sitting on the chair or on a mat
